FAQs

Parking

Street parking available — use call box to enter the building (Suite E).

Attire

Athletic wear or whatever you feel comfortable in, if you are doing Pilates you MUST have grippy socks for safety.

Reformer Pilates

Based on your intake form, I will curate a session tailored to how you are feeling and where you want to focus on your body. We will focus on classical pilates as a foundation, using the Joseph Pilates method.

Sound Bath

Using 5 sound bowls, you will be laying on a mat with your eyes closed, soaking up the vibrations of each bowl. It is normal to fall asleep, or feel tingling sensations. Be careful after sessions while driving, or operating machinery as you will be very relaxed. It is best to get a good night’s rest after this session.

Red Light Therapy

Using a red light panel, you may choose which area of the body to focus on. Red Light Therapy, also known as low-level light therapy (LLLT), uses near-infrared and red wavelengths of light to stimulate cellular processes. Benefits include skin health, wound healing, pain relief, muscle recovery, hair growth, and overall mood.

Compression Boots

Compression boots work by providing sequential air-based compression to the legs, enhancing blood and lymphatic circulation to reduce muscle soreness, swelling, and fatigue, and to speed up recovery after intense workouts or injury.
